Le Crunch Apples Wholesale Promotion Terms and conditions

  1. This promotion is open to all UK- based Wholesale purchasers aged 16 and over within the following wholesale markets. Covent Garden, Spitalfields, Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool, Manchester, Gateshead, Glasgow, Bradford and Western International.
  2. Employees of Sopexa (UK), their families, agents or any individuals professionally connected with this promotion are not entitled to take part.
  3. All information in this leaflet, forms part of the rules and regulations.
  4. This promotion applies to purchases of full pallets of varieties of French apples available to the UK market as listed in the promotional leaflet. Each order of 25 pallets bought during the promotional period entitles the buyer/ wholesaler to one entry into the promotion. Thereafter further entries may be made for every 25 pallets ordered.
  5. Only entries submitted by the primary wholesale purchaser are valid.
  6. To participate in the draw, entrants must register and enter their name, telephone number, email address and details of their order on the promotional website. www.ouitolecrunch.co.uk
  7. Incomplete applications will be deemed invalid.
  8. By participating in the promotion all applicants will be deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, the rules and regulations.
  9. The promotion begins on 12/12/11 and ends on 30/04/12
  10. The closing date for receipt of final applications is 07/05/12. Entries received after that date will not qualify.
  11. There are 12 Apple iPAD2 – 16GB to be won. One iPAD2 will be awarded to each wholesale market listed. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date. In the event of the claim for the prize not received by the promoter within 28 days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original draw.

  13. Any tax liability for winners will be borne by the recipient who is responsible for checking current legislation.
  14. Each applicant must gain the permission of their employer and/or senior manager, prior to participation in the competition.
  15. Winning entries will be subject to proof of purchase verification. We will require copies of original delivery notes or invoices, showing clearly the number of pallets purchased and the name(s) of the French supplier(s). These copies will not be returned.
  16. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its discretion and without notice. Cash alternatives will not be offered in whole or part.
  17. Prizes will be distributed within 28 days after proof of purchase verification being received from the winners.
  18. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.
  19. The name and county of the promotion winners may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sopexa UK ,Kingsbourne House, 229 -231, Holborn, London. WC1V 7DE within 3 months of the closing date.
  20. The promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any questions concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction and no correspondence will be entered into.
